Bottled at 97 proof from a single, individually numbered barrel of mature wheated Kentucky straight bourbon — the same mash bill that built the Pappy Van Winkle legend — this release shows everything one cask of soft red winter wheat, deeply charred new American oak, and Kentucky weather can produce: vanilla bean, honey, dark caramel, baked apple, brown sugar, and a long, oak-and-spice finish. Every bottle carries its own barrel and warehouse markings, hand-noted at bottling.
